  Yesterday evening I went into El Pollo Loco and ordered a tostada salad thru the drive thu window. When I got home I opened up my food and realized that it had wax paper in it. I called El Pollo Loco and asked to speak to the manager (Renee). I explained to him the situation and he told me to come back today and he would take care of my order. So, I go back today and the manager (Renee) did not even want to take the time to talk to me. He pawned off one of the workers to talk to me instead while continuing to have his back to me. When he finally turned around he was extremely rude, and did not want to make eye contact with me. Additionally, they couldn't even get the order right the second time. Finally, when my girlfriend voiced her concern about the danger of anyone swallowing wax paper, his response was, "oh, well! You just got a bad batch, it happens!" I'm very disappointed because as a manager, the customers concerns should be your concern.
